Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field;
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, market research, or business analysis demonstrating a strong track record of delivering high-impact projects;
  • Strong data-gathering and analytical skills, with proven ability to conduct market research and develop strategic insights;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Thinkcell, and Canva for data analysis and creating visually impactful presentations;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English;
  • Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach;
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps;
