Working conditions
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement;
- Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.);
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, utilizing insights to optimize campaigns and drive results;
- Stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices;
- Engage actively with our audience to cultivate a vibrant online community;
- Official employment with a contract in compliance with Azerbaijani labor laws;
- Working hours: Five days a week (09:00–18:00).
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role in digital marketing;
- Expertise in utilizing platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok effectively;
- Strong skills in copywriting and visual content creation, with a keen eye for design and detail;
- Analytical mindset with experience in using social media analytics tools to interpret data and derive actionable insights;
- Creativity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment.
