Working conditions
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and implementation of drilling shutdowns;
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with the project team;
- Develop and manage project timelines, task lists, and resource allocation;
- Coordinate resources to execute project tasks efficiently and within timelines;
- Monitor project issues and risks, initiating corrective actions as needed;
- Prepare contracts, schedules, reports, meeting agendas, and status updates;
- Oversee day-to-day operations of shutdown projects, maintaining schedules and deliverables;
- Develop and adapt project work plans as needed;
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project standards;
- Minimize project risks and exposures, and present solutions to challenges as they arise;
- Report on project progress, problems, and solutions to management and stakeholders;
- Document project results, track lessons learned and communicate insights to other teams;
- Provide cross-departmental support and collaborate on additional projects as needed;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in project management or a related field;
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with clear deliverables;
- Offshore and onshore supervishutdosory and leadership experience;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
- High proficiency in computer applications related to project management;
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and compliance;
- BSc or MSc in Project Management with substantial project oversight experience.
