Requirements
- 4+ years of production or open-source project experience;
- Proven expertise in Python, Pandas & Numpy in either commercial or open-source projects;
- Proven experience in building and maintaining environments in Conda, and ideally Poetry;
- Proven experience in cloud applications, deployment and hosting;
- English proficiency (IELTS 6+ or equivalent);
- Problem-solving mindset, self-motivated, and a team player with excellent communication skills;
- Conscientious with a tenacious attitude to see projects through to completion;
- Collaborative with the ability to quickly grasp complex topics;
- Working knowledge of TypeScript & React;
- Background in Data Science, Data Engineering or Data Analytics;
- Familiarity with IPyWidgets, IPyKernel & JupyterLab plugin ecosystem;
- Proficiency in Linux and Bash scripting;
- Experience with asynchronous, multi-process, or multi-threaded coding;
- Degree in STEM, Economics, or Finance (BSc, MSc, PhD);
- Understanding of software architecture and design principles (DRY & SOLID).
