Working conditions

  • Secondary specialized or higher education (preferably in IT or technical sciences);
  • Experience in support services or a similar role for at least 3 years;
  • Basic knowledge and servicing of modern operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server);
  • Understanding network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP);
  • Experience with office software (Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Outlook);
  • Ability to work with ticketing systems (Service Desk, Jira, or similar);
  • Basic knowledge of working with 1C (installation, configuration of the client side, error diagnosis);
  • Experience with Active Directory (creating/removing accounts, managing access rights);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint basics;
  • Configuration and support of IP telephony systems (3CX or similar);
  • Servicing and diagnosing office equipment (printers, scanners, MFPs);
  • Experience working with CMS (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Bitrix) for supporting corporate websites;
  • Experience with configuring and supporting temporary IT infrastructure (networks, equipment) for events;
  • Experience working with video surveillance systems (installing cameras, configuring surveillance servers, working with software such as Hikvision, Dahua, or similar);
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani - fluent, Russian - fluent, English - able to read technical documentation and engage in basic communication;
  • Receiving and registering user requests (via phone, email, or ticketing system);
  • Diagnosing and resolving typical technical issues (access problems, software failures, equipment configuration);
  • Escalating complex incidents to 2nd and 3rd level support;
  • Consulting users on the operation of corporate software, equipment, and systems;
  • Keeping records and maintaining documentation on requests and solutions;
  • Servicing and configuring office equipment (printers, scanners, MFPs);
  • Working with content management systems (CMS) to support corporate websites or internal portals;
  • Supporting and configuring IP telephony systems (e.g., 3CX or similar systems);
  • Participating in local business trips to set up infrastructure for exhibitions and other company events (network setup, equipment configuration, ensuring stable IT system operation);
  • Configuring, servicing, and monitoring video surveillance systems (installing cameras, setting up software, diagnosing failures);
  • Availability for irregular working hours and weekends when necessary (e.g., to address urgent incidents or prepare for events).

Requirements

  • Experience with 1C configurations (e.g., 1C: Accounting, 1C: HR, 1C: Trade Management);
  • Knowledge of basic information security principles;
  • Certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals);
  • Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware);
  • Experience with backup and data recovery systems;
  • Good communication skills and politeness;
  • Teamwork skills;
  • Stress resilience and the ability to work in multitasking conditions;
  • Responsibility and attention to detail.
