Working conditions

  • Drive the continuous development of the enterprise platform portfolio and ensure strategic fit with the vision and goals of the product in the context of IT strategy;
  • Participate in all phases of the business applications projects, preparation lifecycle, gather initial business requirements, create requests for proposal and evaluation parts;
  • Engage with other teams to make integrations simpler to deploy and operate;
  • Administration of existing informational systems and tools in accordance with corporate standards;
  • Configuration of existing informational systems and tools;
  • Interaction with vendors regarding problems, required changes and new configurations;
  • To be responsible for continue of development technical and professional expertise through formal learning. To take active participant on OJT;
  • To participate in trials of Enterprise Platforms (RA ,FMS, SFA, Campaign Management and other systems);
  • To analyze requirements document, finding gaps with respect to relevant industry standards, i.e. specifications, design, development and maintenance of software systems and elements and associated products;
  • Customer Data, Subscriber Profile & Transactions analysis (on GUI/DB/log levels) to prevent/solve any single/major subscriber related problems or revenue loss in the systems;
  • Availability 24/7 in order to solve business critical problems, participation in planned works (system updates, upgrades etc.);
  • To support the team primary responsible for the fault-free operation and maintenance on Enterprise Platforms (RA ,FMS, SFA, Campaign Management and other systems);
  • Provides assistance for the Business Customer to establish or evaluate existing business requirements;
  • To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
  • To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
  • To keep confidentiality of the company data;
  • Work graphic: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00. Based on the nature of the work you will be able to work from the office and from home.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering/Telecom related field;
  • Working Knowledge of Programming languages, Databases, Operating systems etc.;
  • Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce, RA and Campaign Management systems;
  • Knowledge and experience in administration, engineering, configuration and management of Applications, VAS and Service Delivery platforms;
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies;
  • 2+ years of experience in Telecom BSS/Applications/VAS platforms design, development, engineering, implementation, integration and support;
  • Experience in Software Change and release Management;
  • Understand the workflow and process requirements of business units related to the application;
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods;
  • Knowledge of UNIX/Linux;
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL Programming;
  • Knowledge of Shell Scripting;
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes/ Docker;
  • Fluent in the Azerbaijani and English (Russian is advantage);
