Working conditions
- Conduct the HR documentation process, including managing vacations and timesheets;
- Submit labor contracts through the EMAS system;
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding;
- Implement HR policies and procedures;
- Support employee relations and address any HR-related inquiries;
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws;
- Enter all employee-related information into the SAP system;
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role;
- Experience in hospitality is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English;
- Experience with SAP and the EMAS system;
- Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
