Working conditions

- Handle payroll, benefits, and employee relations;
- Oversee training, development, and performance management;
- Promote a positive work culture and resolve workplace issues;
- Location: Baku City, Office-Based.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and build HR functions from the ground up.
