Working conditions

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies;
  • Handle payroll, benefits, and employee relations;
  • Oversee training, development, and performance management;
  • Promote a positive work culture and resolve workplace issues;
  • Location: Baku City, Office-Based.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and build HR functions from the ground up.
