  • Lead the coordination of performance management, training and development, succession planning and career development;
  • Manage all recruitment activities for assigned area of business including new employee orientation;
  • Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit interviews, and identify trends to support retention, career development and to minimize risk for the business;
  • Oversee the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives;
  • Implement HR policies and procedures;
  • Operate as a key business partner to employees, managers, directors and senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, leadership development, and other strategic initiatives;

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Economics;
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience 
  • Computer skills: Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English,Russian and Azerbaijani languages;
  • Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices;
  • Knowledge of Employment Legislation and Regulations;
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated excellence thriving in a fast-paced environment.
