Working conditions

  • Execute daily works related to the Human Resources Department Carrying out work related to recruitment and termination of employment;
  • Preparation of documents related to leave, illness, and dismissal of the employee;
  • Preparation of employment contracts and appendices to contracts;
  • Preparation of documents and processing in relevant systems;
  • Preparing official letters;
  • Receipt and forwarding of employee applications.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
  • Basic knowledge of the labor code;
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Skills to jointly manage multiple priority issues;
  • Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving;
  • Skilled Microsoft Office user.
