Working conditions

  • Foster a learning culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth;
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures;
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts, and provide coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters;
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation;
  • Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives;
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on HR and administrative performance;
  • Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and support services;
  • Develop and implement efficient praocesses to enhance the overall effectiveness of administrative operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role 5+ years, with a strong understanding of HR best practices;
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR and administrative strategies that align with organizational goals;
  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development;
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
