Working conditions
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives;
- Provide leadership and guidance in areas such as talent acquisition, workforce;
- planning, employee development, and performance management;

- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent;
- Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including training and development programs, career paths, and succession planning;
- Implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce;
- Foster a learning culture that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth;
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures;
- Mediate and resolve conflicts, and provide coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation;
- Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives;
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on HR and administrative performance;
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and support services;
- Develop and implement efficient praocesses to enhance the overall effectiveness of administrative operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred);
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role 5+ years, with a strong understanding of HR best practices;
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations;
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR and administrative strategies that align with organizational goals;
- Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development;
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
