- Identify and leverage emerging trends and technologies to enhance CRM effectiveness and customer engagement;
- Work Hours: 09:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday;

Requirements
- Approximately 1-3 years of experience in CRM, marketing, or sales;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in CRM software;
- Expertise in data analysis and customer segmentation;
- Ability to create reports and dashboards;
- Database management experience;
- Effective communication and teamwork skills;
- Take a proactive approach to resolving conflicts and managing time effectively;
- Desired language skills: Azerbaijani - Fluent, Russian-Advanced, English-Intermediate.
