Working conditions
- Create, oversee, and manage high-quality content across all digital and print platforms to effectively communicate the LANDAU Education Group’s mission and products;
- Develop comprehensive data-driven content plans based on the business needs and adapt them as needed based on evolving demands;
- Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, visuals, social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials;
- Supervise and lead the creative team, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's standards and strategic goals;
- Monitor and analyze content performance, utilizing insights to refine content strategies and optimize engagement with our target audience;
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to keep our content fresh, relevant, and innovative;
- Work closely with the admissions, and sales teams to align content efforts with enrollment goals and support lead generation and conversion;
- Documentation according to AR Labor Code;
- Working days: 5 times per week;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, desirably in a creative agency, with a proven track record of managing and leading creative teams;
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to detail;
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced company environment;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams;
- English language knowledge is desirable.
