Working conditions
- Plans, controls and implements the annual budgeting process;
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual analyses of changes, fluctuations and trends in actual numbers;
- Continuous improvement of technical, generates financial reports based on IFRS (Excel, PowerPoint and etc.) skills and theoretical knowledge (ACCA certificate, IFRS trainings and etc.);
- Being proactive, constantly asking for new tasks from the line manager;
- Putting maximum effort into each assigned task, utilizing all opportunities for getting the final result;

Requirements
- Education: Higher education (Bachelor) in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, and Economics fields;
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in relevant field, expertise in reporting, IFRS;
- Language skills: Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian language skills;
- Additional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or CFA) a plus;
- Knowledge of the telco sector is a plus;
- Analytical thinking;
- Result oriented;
- Conceptual thinking.
