O работе

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle;
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency;
  • Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments;
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints;
  • Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce;
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets;
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements;
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements;
  • Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services;
  • Arrange daily operational workshops, necessary induction and instruction meetings with subordinates.

 

Требования

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in related field within Operations manager;
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
  • MS’s and/or BA diploma in Business administration, finance, economy or equivalent;
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, customer service and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of HSE safety guidelines and practices;
  • Knowledge and proficient implementation skills in software tools such as Microsoft Office and other database applications specifically in MS Excel;
  • Good team skills to be able to work with others;
  • Multitasking ability;
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills are required for effective interface with all internal and external contacts;
  • 3PL provider, warehouse / logistics operations within FMCG industry will be for advantage.
